Start Your Project with the Right Permits

Construction, Moving, and Land Use Requirements

Permits are required for most construction and land use activities in Mahoning Township — including new buildings, additions, sheds, pools, signage, and even moving in or out of the township.

Before starting any project, be sure to check with the Zoning Officer to avoid delays, violations, or rework.
