Monthly meeting schedules and access to current minutes
Mahoning Township holds regular public meetings throughout the year to discuss township operations, planning, zoning, infrastructure, and other local matters. Meetings are open to all residents, and public participation is encouraged. Dates are set annually at the January reorganization meeting and may be adjusted or canceled as needed.
Board of Supervisors meetings begin with a public comment period. Residents are invited to sign in and respectfully address any township-related topics.
2026 Meeting Schedule & Minutes
- Board of Supervisors: 2nd Wednesday @ 6:00 PM – Township Office
- Planning Commission: 3rd Wednesday @ 6:00 PM – Township Office
- Municipal Authority: 3rd Wednesday @ 6:00 PM – 483 Ashtown Drive
- Zoning Hearing Board: 1st Tuesday @ 6:00 PM (as needed) – Township Office
These are the current meeting dates for supervisors as well as the various boards and commissions that comprise Mahoning Township’s governance. These times were set at the reorganizational meeting in January and are valid for the current calendar year. All of the bodies reserve the right to cancel meetings without notice. Any meetings in addition to this schedule are advertised and published with legal notices in the local TIMES NEWS as per township code.
